What a fantastic day at Grand River Collegiate Institute in Kitchener!

Sifu Zack and I had an amazing time conducting a Self-Defense & Personal Protection Awareness Workshop with the school’s physical education staff and teachers. Great energy, great participation, and a few laughs along the way! 👊

🤝 Exciting Collaboration Ahead!

Return of the Dragon Martial Arts and Orion Security Training Academy are joining forces to bring practical self-defense, personal safety awareness, and anti-bullying education to schools across the Kitchener-Waterloo, Peel, and Halton regions!

Sifu Zack will also be collaborating with Orion Security Training Academy on our non-profit Anti-Bullying Initiative, helping empower youth through confidence, awareness, and practical safety skills.
