Yes. That's carpet. In a bathroom.
Same bathroom, same house. Mine. Picked this place up as a complete time capsule from '69. Original wallpaper, original blue toilet, and yes, wall-to-wall carpet right up to the tub.
Total redo. New subfloor, new layout, full plumbing rework, patterned tile floor, new vanity, fixtures, and lighting. Everything but the window, which has since been replaced too.
Some time capsules are worth preserving. Bathroom carpet isn't one of them.
Brantford and area is full of houses just like this. Built in the 60s and 70s, never touched since. If yours is one of them, you don't have to live with it.
Bathroom renovations, full home renos, and concrete flatwork. Brantford, Paris, Brant County and surrounding area.
