Well we did it! 🎉

The house at 24 Danica Drive is completed, sold and the new home owner have possession of this beautiful custom built dream home 🏡

We are so pleased with how this one turned out - from the spectacular cathedral living room overlooking Osprey Ridge Golf Course, to the spacious kitchen and walk in pantry AND the gorgeous ensuite bath - we just LOVE ❤️ this home.

This makes 2 out of 3 built and sold - stay tuned for the third one to start! 👀

It’s been a crazy few weeks but we’re happy to share we’ve gotten our clients into their new home for Christmas.
Lots of bumps along the way, including some of us deciding to throw in emergency open heart surgery! Thankfully everyone is fine ❤️
This family was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are so thrilled to have been able to build them their dream home.
A few items back ordered still to come in, but given the very tight timeline things went pretty smoothly.
A big shout out to FLEETco. Electrical Services, Regimbald Drywall, Whynot’s Plumbing & Heating, Tim Townsend Painting, Anthony’s Excavation, GreenWave Heat Pumps & Refrigeration, Amos Wood, Stacey Johnson and BUCK'S HOME BUILDING CENTRE.

Still 2 more custom built homes FOR SALE on Danica Drive in Pine Grove!
