Here’s the part of Ontario’s HST rebate a lot of buyers miss: what counts is the date you sign, not the date you get your keys. 🔑

If you sign an Agreement of Purchase and Sale on a newly built home between April 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027, you may qualify, even if your home closes after that.
