Another window project completed by JS2 Contracting Ltd. 🔨

This one was a big transformation. We removed the existing windows and installed a full set of new windows across this large rake wall, including the upper angled units and lower windows.

The job included full removal and installation, waterproofing, exterior finishing and new trim work to tie everything together. Working with a wall this size and getting all of the windows lined up properly definitely takes some planning, but the finished result turned out great.

The new black windows and trim really update the look of the home, and that ocean view from inside isn’t too bad either!

Thanks to our customers for trusting JS2 Contracting Ltd. with their home.

Another one wrapped up! 👌

This old covered area extension roof had definitely reached the end of its life, so we stripped everything off, repaired and prepped the roof, installed new underlayment, and finished it off with a new 26-gauge metal roof and matching flashings.

What a difference! The new roof not only looks great but will last for years to come with very little maintenance.

Big thanks to a repeat customer for trusting JS2 Contracting Ltd. Once again with their project. We appreciate it!

A couple more projects wrapped up.🔨

The first one was a complete interior update with natural pine T&G ceilings, painted shiplap walls, custom built-ins, trim, and finishing work. Really happy with how this one came together. The mix of natural wood and white finishes gives it a clean look.

The second project was finishing off this workout room with natural pine T&G on the walls. Simple upgrade, but it completely changed the space and gave it a warm, finished look.

Thanks again to our clients for trusting JS2 Contracting Ltd. with your projects. We appreciate all the support and are looking forward to the next one.

I Undertook a window installation project that involved removing old windows and installing new ones. Initially, the process went smoothly, with the first two windows being replaced without issue. However, upon reaching the third window, we encountered significant water damage. As a result, our plans were revised to include a full wall tear-off and repair of all damage caused by water, which extended to the foundation. The repair has been completed, and the area is now fully waterproofed, with all rot fixed. The window is now fully functional. This has given new meaning to the phrase 'opening a can of worms.'
