Why choose just one decking colour when you can mix things up? 🙌

This 240 sq. ft. deck in Ajax was built with Clubhouse decking in Ipe and Walnut, using contrasting colours to create a custom border pattern that adds extra detail and visual interest.

Pairing two decking colours is a great way to define the edges of a deck, highlight different areas or simply give the whole space a more custom, finished look. ETP aluminum railings complete the design with a clean, modern touch.

And how much do we love this shade structure? 😍 It adds another layer of style while making the whole deck a comfortable spot to relax out of the sun.

What do you prefer — a patterned border like this, or one decking colour throughout? 👇

Fall views like this deserve to be enjoyed 🍂

Glass railings help keep this view wide open, so these homeowners can soak up every bit of the changing colours without anything getting in the way. Paired with low-maintenance PVC decking, it’s the perfect setup for crisp mornings, cozy afternoons and enjoying the beauty of the season.

A custom roof can completely change how often you use your deck. 🙌

This custom deck in London, Ontario was built with TruNorth composite decking and features a custom shed-style roof creating the perfect spot to relax outdoors in more kinds of weather.

The showstopping roof features shingles, aluminum-wrapped pressure-treated posts and beams, and a warm pine ceiling that gives the space a cozy, finished feel. It adds shade on sunny days and extra protection from rain, wind and cooler temperatures — which means more time enjoying the deck and less time watching the weather forecast.

Ready to extend your deck season? A custom roof could be the perfect addition.

Lake views like these deserve a deck built to enjoy them. 👀

This deck on Sucker Lake in Muskoka was built with Canadian-made TruNorth composite deck in Tigerwood. Elevated to 15' to make the most of the surrounding waterfront views, Douglas Fir posts and added bracing provide the support, while 10mm glass railings keep the sightlines wide open. We also added a new staircase for easier lake access and a dedicated BBQ area for summer entertaining.

The result? A beautiful, functional cottage deck made for long days by the water.
