Here’s a blurb you can use on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn:
A beautiful new kitchen shouldn’t come with a cold draft and frozen pipes.
We recently visited an older home where a professional kitchen company did gorgeous work. The problem was hiding behind the cabinets. The exterior wall was left hollow with no insulation or air sealing, and the water lines were run right through it. Come winter, the drafts were constant and the pipes froze.
Older Toronto homes often have uninsulated walls, and the moment the old cabinets come off is the best chance to fix that. It takes someone who looks at the whole house, not just the kitchen.
