*Did you know we also do foundation crack repair?*

So this job we just finished was amazing!

Started with a 3 day easy flooring and baseboards job, no stairs just 2 rooms for a fantastic client. It is a rental property and laid out quite well, the only factor to consider was a long stretch that also needed a transition just to cut down on stress to the vinyl planking.

We went in on a sunny Friday and lifted the carpet… only to find water and a stick on Lino tile beneath it, a very moist carpet it was. With the home owners permission we traced the water to a wall and did some demolition to find out that indeed the wall had a crack the whole height of the foundation… checked the outside and confirmed that it went all the way through.

After some deliberation we settled on a price to do all the work.
-demo
-crack repair
-landscaping/compaction
-framing
-drywall
-painting
-floors and doors
And finally baseboards and casing.

In the meantime the job also expanded to include the landing area and bathroom.

So the 2 to 3 day job turned into 9 days of selective area full renovation 🙂 everyday was something new!

Turned out great and another very happy home owner!

Just finished this little stair project for a client, they are handling the baseboards but still love the little triangle corners :)
