The final touches have been added to this beautiful stone cottage addition!

The original cottage was transformed into a studio style space which Includes a gym and bedroom and the new addition was designed as a multi purpose room with an office, hangout spot, mini kitchenette and bathroom.

From ADU to a little more room to grow!

We originally designed this space for the previous homeowners and when the new homeowners needed a bit more space, we created this beautiful great room addition. Vaulted ceilings, oversized windows and doors that can close it off from the rest of the home make this the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Another custom home is officially moving one step closer to becoming reality! ✨ This design features a spacious attached garage with a future ADU above, a main floor primary suite and a future inground pool creating the perfect setup for both everyday living and entertaining.

Finished product - Render - Before 🏡

This project has almost come to completion!! Here is a great example of a render concept VS finished product.

During construction there were some changes that led to removing the sunken entry into the addition & raising the building up. Changes happen all the time on site especially when adding an addition to an existing building, you never know what you will uncover!
