This job turned out phenomenal! 🤩

What a beautifully laid mat for this gorgeous home in Mystic Ridge. Huge shoutout to our crew for another job exceptionally well done! 👏

The smooth finish, clean lines, and attention to detail truly transformed this property. It’s projects like this that remind us why we love what we do.

A professionally paved driveway doesn’t just look amazing—it adds curb appeal, functionality, and long-term value to your property.

Way to go, boys! This one’s definitely one for the books. 💪🖤

Finished this beautiful driveway last week for one of our long-time builder clients, Unique Homes.

It’s been a bit of a rough go with all this rain, and our crew has been putting in a lot of night shifts to keep projects moving. We truly appreciate our clients and their patience throughout it all.

At Nilsson Construction Ltd., we do what’s needed to keep our clients’ businesses running smoothly. If they can’t operate normally and provide for their customers in a busy environment, then we haven’t done our job.

It’s all about collaboration, communication, and providing a safe environment for everyone.

A big highlight today was having OH&S stop by one of our job sites. We’re proud to report that Nilsson Construction Ltd. passed with no issues. They were pleased to see the safety measures we had in place to protect both the public and our crew.

Safety isn’t just a requirement—it’s a commitment we make on every project, every day.

Did You Know…? 🧐

We proudly serve clients all throughout Northern Alberta! From Valleyview, Fox Creek, Beaverlodge, Hythe, Rycroft, Grimshaw, Peace River, and even Manning, we’ve been fortunate to build strong relationships with businesses and property owners across the region.

Many of our clients trust us year after year to help maintain and repair their parking lots, keeping their properties safe, functional, and looking their best. 🙌

This time, our crew was in Beaverlodge working at Home Hardware, helping refresh their front entrance with new asphalt. Now their customers can enjoy a smooth, fresh surface as they stop in for supplies, whether it’s for a DIY project, renovation, or new build. 🏠🔨

Next up? Getting those parking stall lines painted! Stay tuned as we continue transforming the site. 🎨🚗 Black Diamond Asphalt Maintenance

At the end of the day, we’re here to help our clients with all their asphalt project needs. And when a project requires services beyond what we provide, we work alongside trusted subcontractors who can assist with concrete, seal coating, and other specialized services.

No matter where you’re located in Northern Alberta, we’re committed to delivering quality workmanship and reliable service every step of the way. 🤝

Your project. Our expertise. Built to last.

Sometimes you just have to roll with the punches! 👊

Things happen, and you have to work with what you’ve got.

A few weeks ago, we completed a paving project for one of our clients. Unfortunately, a diesel spill from a truck ended up on the freshly laid asphalt. Needless to say, diesel and new asphalt are not a great combination. But as we all know… 💩 happens!

Our crew went back to do what we could to repair the affected area and make things right for our client. The weather wasn’t exactly on our side either, but sometimes you have to make the best of the conditions you’re given—especially when working within town schedules and constraints.

At the end of the day, we’re committed to standing behind our work and doing the best job possible, no matter what challenges come our way. That’s what our clients deserve, and that’s what we strive to deliver every time.

We appreciate our hardworking crew for always stepping up and our clients for their patience and understanding. 🙌

Quick approach for a Client! Trying to beat the rain can be difficult sometimes. But we always hope Mother Nature will wait until we get that last asphalt pull complete. 🌧️

06/17/2026

Well, the weather may not be the most cooperative, but our crew still managed to get a few jobs completed! 🙌 Check out these After/ Before Pictures.

This project was a beautiful overlay for a client. An asphalt overlay is a fantastic way to improve an existing driveway or paved surface that simply needs a fresh new look. If you’ve already invested in patching, crack sealing, or seal coating and still aren’t getting the results you want, an overlay can be a cost-effective solution that delivers a clean, aesthetically pleasing finish.

Not every driveway needs to be completely replaced. Sometimes a facelift is all it takes to bring it back to life and enhance the overall appearance of your property. 🤩

No matter the size of the project, we’re here to help support your dreams and bring your vision to reality. We truly appreciate every opportunity to serve our clients and help improve their homes and properties.

Thank you for your continued trust and support! ❤️
