We got to revisit this garage recently that we helped design & build. We got it framed & dried in so the VERY handy client could finish up their own stone, insulation & Trusscore.

Part of being so passionate about garage projects comes with appreciating what goes in them. A lot of them end up with all terrain vehicles, vintage cars, new cars....and sometimes even a few Rat Rod trucks!!

Check out this beast that came in for a visit this week...the more you look at it the more you notice what went into it! (Check out the front bumper) Love this style ;-)

All the major paint manufacturers have come out with their "colour of the year" [color for our American friends]

We don't even sell paint (yet...stay tuned!!), but Lumbermart BMR has a color of the year.

"GooseDown"

That colour has been chosen for at least 6 projects in the past 12 months.

The dogs approve.

(Even though they're colour blind lol)

Today marks the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 disaster.

Halifax International Airport received the largest number of flights (47 planes carrying more than 7,000 passengers) during the morning of September 11, 2001.

Nova Scotians were quick to volunteer services, donate items and open their homes to many of the stranded passengers for the 5 days that American airspace was closed to flight traffic.

In 2002 Lufthansa, the German airline, actually dedicated and named one of their Airbus planes the "Gander Halifax" as an appreciation for the east coast hospitality their 2000 passengers received during that time.

We're very proud to be Nova Scotian!

We have some amazingly talented customers!!

Check out this She Shed...It came out of a scrap of graph paper, some head scratching and a lot of hot summer days.

Totally worth it to make this very cool backyard retreat.

Great job Dale (Andy too!!) I expect word is going to get around and you'll have more of these to build very soon :-)

Of course you can always customize any garage...colors, materials, wall height, door & window sizes.

Turn one into a cottage or backyard suite too??
