Before and after! Bathtub sliding shower doors and storm door upgrade! Happy customer 😀 Thank you to my son for the help with shower doors!

Before (missing some), during and after! Removed existing damaged flooring and dricore, installed 330sq ft of vinyl flooring and underlay, painted all walls, ceilings, baseboards, window and door casings, hung wallpaper in bathroom and on storage cabinet doors, upgraded 7 outlets and 6 switches, framed in a closet, hung drywall on framing, taped, mudded, sanded, installed sliding closet door, upgraded 2 light fixtures (1 with a ceiling fan), installed new shower head and handle, reinstalled shower door, installed vanity, redirected plumbing to accommodate new vanity, medicine cabinet, mirror and toilet, applied caulking where needed, installed baseboards, hung 3 bifold doors on barndoor hardware! Happy customer! With more work currently in progress!

Part 2 of the step and resurfaced concrete! After cure time it's been painted and 2 patio stones releveled! Happy repeat customer!

Adding wallpaper install to my list! As well as hung a few doors....2 bifold doors on barn door hardware and handles. Happy customer with more work in the future 😀

This fence was in bad shape from rotted posts, no cement in post holes and numerous attempts at putting bandaids on it (by unknown people). Together with Kyran Lumsden I removed the panels completed, dug post holes, poured cement and put in metal post brackets, added additional 2x4's along the bottom for fence boards to be secured to and removed the rotted post bottoms. Then rebuilt the fence. Customers had an offer on their house and new buyers just wanted to use existing fence but wanted it to be stood back up and sturdy!

Small concrete job! Home owner removed tiles....I removed what could be removed of the tile adhesive/mortar, laid concrete across the top and along 2 sides. Also poured cement to build a step! Happy customer!

Another job completed! Combination of small jobs at same house! Some before pics and after pics. Restabilized a fence panel, put in new lattice and lattice top board, replaced steps, painted deck, reset interlocking stones and added polymeric sand, changed a damaged piece of siding, added mortar where bricks have disintegrated, painted a front concrete porch and changed out rotted trim around patio door, installed bifold closet doors and casing! Repeat happy customers!

Quick little job! Exterior door upgrade! As well as handle and entry lock. With a little parging at the base of door plate! Happy customers with more work in the future!

Before and after! Painted all walls, baseboards, window and door casings, did a few drywall touch ups. 3 bedroom townhouse with 2 bathrooms, 2 stairwells and finished basement. Happy customer!
