Holly Jolly prep - first up Tropical Fruit Christmas Cake!

This is not your grandma's traditional Christmas fruit cake... but as a matter of fact its MY grandma's super tasty Christmas Fruit Cake!

Full of pineapple, mango, cononut and papayas and then baked in a cake and soaked in rum for two months.

What's not to like?

Happy Fall y'all!

I took a break from business this summer as my family spent a lot of time camping and I filled my parents freezer with fish!

I'm excited to share I've been accepted to the Holly Jolly market for a 3rd year!! The leaves falling is my cue to start planning and preparing! I'm planning to make the fan favourites but also experimenting with some new recipes!

I have had a lot of people ask which markets I will be at this summer. I love Step Up to Yum but I also love to camp and fish and spend time with my family. I am learning how to balance both.

This weekend we are at the lake and I caught this fish, cleaned it and prepared it with butter, dill and garlic! It sure was Yum!

I'm on a flavor adventure!

As a creator, I have been experimenting with new flavor combinations and expanding into products with a longer shelf life as apparently I can't skip 2-3 days of school for market prep 🤨🙄🤣

Introducing my growing line of snack mixes! The Ultimate Snack Mix and its dilly ranch goodness has been a customer Favourite. Joining the party is the "OG" and "Sunshine & Rainbow" mixes. Any guesses what these might be??
