A Japanese immunologist spent 20 years proving trees release airborne chemicals that boost your immune system. 🌳🧪

A Japanese immunologist spent two decades studying how spending time among trees affects the human body. Research led by Dr. Qing Li found that trees release natural airborne compounds called phytoncides. When humans breathe forest air, these chemicals enter the bloodstream, resulting in lower stress hormones and measurable, positive immune changes that can last for days.
