The existing plumbing location, drainage, ventilation and available floor area all affect the layout and construction scope. We can coordinate framing, plumbing and electrical rough-ins, drywall, waterproofing, tile, shower enclosure, vanity, toilet, lighting, trim and paint.

Restoration and reinstatement work may include insulation, drywall, flooring, baseboards, doors, paint, cabinetry and other finishes removed during the cleanup. We begin with a site assessment, review the visible damage and prepare a clear repair scope with quantities and supporting photos where needed.

Insurance coverage and approval remain with the homeowner and insurer. Our role is to provide a practical construction estimate and complete the approved repair work with care.
