The samples are out. The possibilities are taking shape. And our designer might be just as excited about selection day as you are.

Choosing finishes is a chance to explore what you love and how you want your home to feel. We’re here to help you bring those choices together and enjoy the process along the way.

Thinking about a renovation? Let’s talk about what you have in mind.

You don’t need every renovation decision figured out before you begin. It helps to have someone you trust to work through them with you.

At Pioneer, we start by listening. Our design-guide-build team helps you explore what’s possible, understand your choices and navigate the details, keeping what matters to you at the centre.

That’s renovating with confidence.

As Renovation Month wraps up, we’re proud to be a RenoMark-verified renovator.

Thinking about your home’s next chapter? Let’s start a conversation.

𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭. 𝑪𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒆.

This custom coffee nook brings together warm wood shelving, beautiful cabinetry and plenty of storage, giving the morning routine a space of its own.

It's one of those thoughtful details that makes a home work better. And it starts with understanding how you live, then guiding you through the design choices that make everyday life a little easier.

Who knew a faucet could have this much personality?

From the shape and finish to how it works with the sink and countertop, the little details can make a big difference.

And choosing them is part of the fun! At Pioneer Craftsmen, our designers guide you through the options, helping you find the look you love and bring all those choices together beautifully.

There's something especially rewarding about hearing from homeowners who enjoyed not only their finished renovation, but the experience along the way.

In his recent five-star Google review, Don R. shared how Pioneer's team helped transform his family's unfinished basement into a bright, comfortable space they'll enjoy for years to come.

He also highlighted something we care deeply about: listening carefully, helping homeowners make confident design decisions, and keeping them informed throughout construction.

Thank you, Don, for your kind words and for trusting Pioneer Craftsmen with your home.

Considering a basement renovation of your own? We'd be happy to start a conversation.

At Pioneer Craftsmen, we start with your everyday routines, guiding the design decisions and carrying that care through the build.

Warm wood, crisp cabinetry, and carefully finished details bring it all together.

When planning this kitchen renovation, we incorporated a dedicated feeding station right into the island. It's a practical little feature that keeps bowls tucked neatly away while giving the family dog a space of their own.

We love details like this because they're a reminder that thoughtful design isn't just about how a room looks. 𝑰𝒕'𝒔 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝒑𝒆𝒕𝒔 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝒊𝒕 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒅𝒂𝒚.

We have so much to be thankful for.

In this Renovation Month video, Pioneer Craftsmen President Jamie Adam explains why written contracts, insurance and a commitment to professional standards matter.

Before you commit to a renovation, ask prospective renovators how they put those responsibilities into practice. A thoughtful conversation can help you understand what to expect and make a more informed choice.

At Pioneer Craftsmen, we welcome those questions. Helping you feel informed is part of helping you move forward.
