Really happy to have got this deck all wrapped up last week.
Some major water leak issues caused extensive damage not only to the deck plywood & joists, but also internally to the bedroom floor joists to which the deck is attached.
We were called in to install new deck vinyl, and finished the job with new aluminum fascia mount railing.
Gone is the original, badly installed vinyl, and also the ugly, maintenance heavy wood railing.

(Note, the door and siding are being reinstalled by the other contractor who is completing the interior restoration work)

The client was absolutely thrilled with her new look deck. 😊

Got this one all wrapped up just in time before the massive storm hit us yesterday!
This is another collaboration with Retrospec Contracting & Renovations, and they had recently completed the rebuild and extension of this 550 sq ft deck, and called us in to install the new deck vinyl. Finished friday afternoon, storm hits Saturday evening....perfect timing! 😊

Another deck vinyl & railing replacement completed by us recently.
The deck had some major structural issues that needed fixing first ( thanks to Matt Henn and the crew from Retrospec Contracting & Renovations for their help with this), and then we installed new Weatherdek deck vinyl and finished off the renovation with some crisp new white aluminum fascia mount railing, complete with a gate to keep the grandkids safe.
More happy clients. 😊

Another deck that was badly in need of new vinyl, along with some rot repairs to both the deck plywood and deck fascia.
And as this property faced directly west, we also added a new aluminum patio cover above the window & door to give some much needed relief from the sun.
