So far we have Java Bean serving a full coffee menu with their mobile bar, Campden General Store serving baked goods and small town apparel, Niagara hair & makeup artist and her daughter doing face painting, Campden Firefighters Association bringing over some fire trucks, UverEats serving some treats and the residents at Bethesda selling their artwork!

Come say hi, bring the family, support local, and help us make a difference!

Real estate comes with enough jargon. I don't think your conversations with your realtor need to.

Ask me the questions you think you should already know. Tell me when something doesn't make sense. Send me the listing you found at 11pm and want to know more about.

Buying, building or selling a home is a big deal, but our conversations about it can still feel completely normal.

No pressure. No making things more complicated than they need to be. Just good advice, honest conversations and someone in your corner who knows the process.

That's how I like to do real estate.

A little planning before the sign goes up can make a big difference once the offers start coming in.

Before listing, I like to talk through three things with my clients: where you're going next and how the timing needs to work, what we can do to help buyers see your home at its best, and the decisions you don't want to be making in the middle of negotiations.

What stays? What goes? What are you willing to fix? What closing date actually works for you?

You don't need to have all the answers before we meet. That's what I'm here to help you figure out.

These are the places that have become part of my life here. The ones I recommend to friends, take visitors to, and find myself returning to because each one has a little something that makes Vineland feel like home.

1️⃣The Watering Can Flower Market
I love everything about this place. The cafe, the smell when you walk in, the creative decor, and all the familiar faces. Somehow it feels like summer in there even in the middle of winter. It has that small-town, community feel that I love.
2️⃣ Grand Oak Culinary Market
Their sandwiches are seriously SO good. They also have a huge gluten-free section, which makes it really easy when I'm having friends with celiac over and need something I know they can eat. Their newer dining room with the big glass walls is also gorgeous.
3️⃣ Vineland Estates Winery
Probably my fanciest local date-night pick. The property is beautiful, the food is amazing, and their Cabernet Franc is my favourite red w**e. I've tried a lot of reds, and I still always come back to this one.
4️⃣ Twenty Valley Golf & Country Club
Such a beautiful, well-kept golf course. I love that they have a driving range too, and the restaurant is a great spot to grab something to eat after a round.
5️⃣ Campden General Store
The perfect little place when you need to quickly pop in and grab something. But what I really love about it is the community side. The owner genuinely cares about Campden and has done such a great job bringing people together through different events and initiatives.
6️⃣ Bench Brewing Company
Just a really cool place. The building and property have so much character, the food and b**r are great, and I even love browsing the clothes and merch while I'm there.
7️⃣ Ball's Falls Conservation Area
One of my favourite places for a hike, especially when you just want to get outside for a bit. Their Christmas events during the holidays are gorgeous. It's one of those places that really shows off how beautiful this area is.

Introducing: Gavora Creek Landing!

A brand new community coming to Campden, Ontario, right in the heart of Niagara’s beautiful w**e country.
If you know Campden, you know why I love this area. It’s quiet, it’s beautiful, it has that small-town feel, but you’re still close to everything you need.

Gavora Creek Landing will be a collection of thoughtfully designed detached homes and bungaloft semi detached homes, with beautiful finishes, functional layouts and opportunities to make your home feel like your own.

And things are officially happening!!
Our first three homes are under construction right now, including two bungaloft semis and a detached bungalow, and I cannot wait to start showing you more!

Over the next little while, I’ll be sharing the homes, floor plans, design details, construction progress and lots more behind the scenes as this little community starts to come to life.

My real estate goals: First and foremost, I want to take really good care of my clients. I want to give them the best service I possibly can and be someone they know they can trust.
It’s a tough market out there right now, but I’m up for the challenge! That's why I spend so much time, money and energy into marketing. I want to give my all into every listing I have and get them sold! There are so many beautiful homes here in Niagara, and I want my marketing to show more than just the house itself. I want buyers to get a feel for the whole lifestyle that comes with it. What’s within walking distance? What is the community like? Where do you grab a coffee, take the kids, go for a walk or spend a Saturday afternoon? I want buyers to be able to picture what their life could actually look like there, not just know the square footage and number of bedrooms.

And then, more importantly, my long term goal is to be able to give back to the communities that have given so much to our family and other families that have loved ones with developmental or physical disabilities.

A bonus in all this? I'm teaching my kids to do the same. To work hard and to put your all into something and do it right. And that the talents God has given you aren’t just for you or your benefit. You can use them to serve the people and community around you.

At the end of the day, I want to work hard, serve people well, and hopefully build a business that allows me to give back in a really meaningful way. If my kids grow up watching that and learn to do the same with whatever gifts God has given them, even better.
