Another beautiful project completed by our Carpentry and Construction teams! 🔨🌿

Our Carpentry team created this covered outdoor living space with a beautiful cedar ceiling and exterior beams and posts finished in Deckorators Sierra with Costa trim.

Completing the transformation, our Construction team installed a Permacon Rosebel patio in Newport Grey, framed with Brooklyn pavers in Midnight Black for the perfect contrast.

We absolutely love how the natural tones of the cedar ceiling and stone complement one another. What a stunning addition that makes this backyard feel like a true extension of the home! 🏡✨

This year has been filled with milestones for our team, and here’s another one—Hunter is celebrating 5 years with Edwards & Sons! 🎉

Hunter has been a crew lead for a while now, and it’s been great watching him continue to grow and strengthen his leadership skills throughout the years. He leads a crew in our Horticulture division during the summer and a Sidewalk Crew in the winter, bringing a positive attitude to both.

Hunter has a knack for keeping everyone focused while keeping the crew in good spirits. He pays attention to how his team is doing and makes a point of ensuring everyone feels included and supported. He leads by example and helps make even the busiest days run smoothly. As a member of a band outside of work, he knows a thing or two about everyone playing their part—and he brings that same team spirit to his crew! 🎶

We appreciate all the hard work and care you put into leading your team, Hunter. Congratulations on 5 years! We’re glad to have you with us! 👏

Small Changes. Big Results.

Sometimes, small changes can create a big impact. This project is a perfect example of how you don’t always need to start from scratch to achieve the outcome you desire.

By extending the existing deck by 6 feet and reworking the stair layout, we were able to create a much more functional and usable outdoor space for these clients. The additional space also allowed us to incorporate the gardens they had always dreamed of, bringing more life and character to the backyard.

With thoughtful planning and a few strategic changes, we were able to completely transform the way these clients use and enjoy their outdoor space—without having to start over. 🔨🌱✨

This was truly a project to remember. Seeing the transformation come together was incredible, but returning a year later with the gardens established and the plants coming to life in full bloom made it even more special. 🌿🌸

An absolutely stunning outdoor space designed to become more beautiful with every season.

🎉Happy 3-year anniversary, Alex! 🎉

It’s hard to believe Alex joined us just three years ago. It feels like he’s been part of the team for much longer!

Alex started in our maintenance division and with his experience and knowledge quickly moved into a crew lead role. He’s a natural leader who takes pride in the work he does and the crew he leads. Always upbeat and reliable, Alex is someone we can count on to get the job done right.

When winter rolls around, Alex brings that same dedication to our snow removal team. He’s a skilled skid steer operator who makes sure the job is completed to our standards before leaving a site.

Alex is a great representation of our company’s values, and we’re grateful to have him on our team. Thank you for all that you do, Alex! 👏
