Monthly payment plans can make upgrading your home comfort system easier, more affordable, and less stressful. Instead of paying a large upfront cost for a new furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump, homeowners can spread the investment into manageable monthly payments that fit their budget.

A monthly payment option allows families to enjoy improved comfort and energy efficiency right away while protecting savings for other household expenses or emergencies. Modern high-efficiency systems can also help reduce monthly utility bills, often offsetting part of the payment with energy savings over time.

Financing can also make it possible to choose better quality equipment with advanced comfort features, quieter operation, and improved reliability instead of settling for a lower efficiency model. Many plans offer flexible terms and convenient automatic payments for added peace of mind.

With affordable monthly payments, homeowners can replace aging or unreliable equipment before costly breakdowns occur, keeping their home comfortable in every season without financial strain.

For over 30 years, Builders Choice has been providing heating, ventilation and air conditioning services to London and area home builders and home owners. Our team is able to provide competitive, quality workmanship including industry leading customer service.

Thank You !!!
After the overwhelming response to our recent “Sensible Pricing” announcement, we’ve been listening closely to what our customers are telling us. The message is clear: fairness matters.
You appreciated the transparency, the consistency, and the commitment to pricing that reflects real value—not inflated margins or short-term trends. That feedback means everything to us, and it’s why we’re proud to confirm that this approach has served us well over the years and is here to stay.
Moving forward, we will continue operating under what we’re calling “Fair Pricing.” This means keeping our prices honest, competitive, and aligned with both market realities and customer expectations. It also means no sudden spikes, no hidden costs, no games, no phony deals just straightforward pricing for what you need.
We believe long-term relationships are built on reliability, not surprises. “Fair Pricing” is our commitment to earning that trust every day, whether you’re a new customer or someone who has supported us from the beginning nearly 35 years ago.
Thank you for your incredible response and continued support. We’re excited to keep delivering value you can count on—because fair isn’t just a strategy, it’s our standard.
Remember to get your A/C checked for the summer call us 519-642-7000
