Roast chicken made easy! 🍗

Spatchcocking is a simple technique where you cut a chicken open and flatten it before cooking. This helps it cook faster and more evenly, and makes it easier to carve and serve!

Just add a little olive oil and Cote d’Azur Sea Salt Fleur de Sel with Herbes de Provence, then pop it in the oven for a quick 45-minute cook time.
