The right lighting really makes a statement. We have a new selection of rewired, vintage lighting fixtures in pendant, chandelier, sconce, and semi-flush mount styles. We also carry a large assortment of glass shades, if your current fixture just needs a refresh! Renovators is open Thursday-Saturday weekly, 10:00-4:00.

Always fun to find old printed matter along with our salvage. These casters and other hardware promise to make our lives a little easier!

SALVAGE ALERT!!! We have been lucky enough to acquire DOZENS of 8 over 8 windows from our neighbour. The nearby historic Lunenburg property once housed the Foundry Garage. These windows would be perfect for greenhouse or restoration projects.

I’m still not ready to close the door on summer and open it up to autumn, lovely as this new season may be…so I’ll fix my gaze on the hinge, instead. I’ll celebrate its ability to hold weight greater than its own, and its endurance for swinging. Before I clean up some hinges today, I’ll behold their dirt, rust and paint and admire how much work they’ve achieved under so much grime. Take good care of your hinges.

The garage door is still open on warm days, and we are always open Thursday-Saturday, from 10-4.

A trio of “Yucca” patterned k**b sets, including door plates and mortise lock has arrived at the Renovators Resource Warehouse. The Penn Hardware Company originally produced this assembly and first featured it in their 1907 catalogue.

Doesn’t seem like being a k**b is so bad, after all.

We are continually salvaging, scavenging, collecting and cleaning up door hardware - not only k**b sets, but also hinges, escutcheons, mortise locks, latches and even peep holes!

We’re open Thursday - Saturday, 10 - 4. Come on by!

Man O Man O Mantels! We have a handsome selection of ‘em to help bring heart to your hearth. Come browse the shop on your summer stroll. We are open Thursday to Saturday, from 10-4.

Did you know Renovators Resource is also home to refoundry.ca? As well as housing a mountain of wood patterns once used for casting in the old Lunenburg Foundry, we feature art pieces compiled of these patterns by local artisans. All pieces are available to view at refoundry.ca, and for sale here in the warehouse!
