The big tree removals are what usual makes it onto the social feeds, but we also do hedge trimming, hedge reductions, and structural pruning of ornamental and fruit trees.
You can see the crew hard at work here to bring the top of the hedge down and trimming the side to a flat and crisp face.

Cam is posing with our newest saw: Husqvarna 550i
Normally, it is not newsworthy to report that we bought a new chainsaw; that is just a regular part of running the business.
This, however, is our first mid-sized electric chainsaw.
For years we have been actively electrifying our operations and trying to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels. We have been using electric topping saws, hedge trimmers, line trimmers, and pole saws for years already. The one gap in the market has been large chainsaws. We are excited to try out this new model and see how it performs!

Blaise showed his skill this week by safely bringing down 2 hazard trees.
Pictures here is a Douglas fir that had been dead for at least 2 years. We had been in contact with the owners and finally got the green light to mitigate the risk.
This is a good example of the safe part of safe, healthy, and attractive trees. 🌳🌲🌳
