Winston’s Wish
Some of you may or may not know, we recently lost our senior dog, Winston, after being blessed with his love and companionship for over 7 years. He was such a big part of our lives, and we are missing him so much every single day. I knew after he had passed, I wanted to create a special candle to honor him and give back to his rescue. So that is exactly what I’ve been working on.
Winston and I crossed paths back in 2017 when I was searching rescue organizations to add a special pet to our family. As soon as I saw his picture with those big floppy ears, I knew I had to meet him.
I will never forget the day we went to meet Winston. He was perfect, although a little nervous.
For the next few weeks after bringing him home, he slowly warmed up to us and we started to form a bond. That was the start of our beautiful journey together. 🤍
I’m so touched to share the “Winston’s Wish” candle with you. Each time you light it, imagine that Winston’s spirit is igniting hope—each flicker representing a dog being rescued, just like he once was.
This wooden-wick 8 oz candle is hand-poured into a beautiful glass vessel, with lid. This custom blended scent, features a beautiful combination of White Jasmine, Black Tea and Toasted Fig notes.
We will be donating a portion of the proceeds from this candle to the rescue Winston came from, “Give 4 Paws A Second Chance” located in Bancroft, ON. I am forever thankful to them for saving Winston. If it weren’t for them taking him in, Winston and I would have never met. Animals and rescues are a huge passion of mine, and I am so looking forward to our contribution to the rescue! 🐾
Stay tuned for the release date! Coming very soon.
