The Musicians Part of the Art Walk of Tree Sculptures in the Town of Orangeville

The Orangeville Blues & Jazz Festival marked its 10th year with the unveiling of a special tree sculpture in Alexandra Park, north of the Orangeville Town Hall. The sculpture is one of the largest in Orangeville's Art Walk of Tree Sculptures and is a carving of two musicians. One musician is depicted playing a harmonica (Blues) and the second musician is playing a saxophone (Jazz). The eye-catching piece was created by local artist Jim Menken, thanks to a fundraising campaign initiated by the board of the Blues & Jazz Festival.
