Another way to tie up your ornamental grasses for winter!!!!

If you caught our last video tie up video, we showed you how to braid your grasses for winter interest. But if braiding isn’t your thing, here’s another easy method!Tying up your silver grass helps keep it tidy throughout the winter, adds structure to your garden, and makes spring cleanup a breeze!

No fancy braiding skills required, just a little twine and you’re good to go!

A little fall garden maintenance tip!

Instead of cutting back your ornamental grasses in the fall, try braiding and tying them up!

Not only does this keep the garden looking tidy, but it also creates beautiful structure and winter interest when the snow arrives.

We love leaving ornamental grasses standing through the winter to add texture and movement to an otherwise sleepy garden.

Our tip: Save the big cutback for spring!
