Tip of the day, for residential duplex/townhouse communities:

We have completed many of these properties and found one method works best to ensure dust and mess is controlled well.

1) remove existing roadway asphalt
2) prep and pave the roadway BASE asphalt
3) remove and pave out the driveways
4) pave out the top course asphalt of the road way

This method keeps dust down, provides a nice, clean working surface, and sets your road to driveway transition grade all at once.

At Paris, we strive to do our best on every job, and sometimes things don't work out as perfectly as Instagram often shows. On this project, our first attempt fell short of our standards and the only solution was to tear out and relay completely. The final product however, turned out great!
