Another big round of progress on our commercial renovation! 🔨🌲

We've shared quite a bit of the work that's gone into this project over the past several months, and it's exciting to see just how far things have come!

The new flooring, fresh paint, and bold black ceiling beams have completely transformed the boardroom. Now, with cabinetry installation underway throughout the building, we're getting into more of those finishing details that really bring everything together.

There's still work ahead, but we're getting closer to the finish line, and we're looking forward to sharing the completed project!

Last time we shared the work that went into creating a clean slate. Now the painted walls and dark door frames are helping these rooms take shape. There’s still flooring, cabinetry and plenty of finishing work ahead, but it’s exciting to see the spaces coming together.

Swipe through for a look at where things stand now. And stay tuned for more updates!

Sometimes you have to dig deep to get great results. 👷

As this renovation took shape, our client’s plans evolved. On this project, that meant adding a few more areas to the scope—and digging in to work beneath the floor.

It’s the kind of work that disappears beneath the finished floor, but it makes all the difference in how the space looks and functions later.

🏡 Let's Walk You Through This Home Renovation | Part 7

We've reached the final stop on our home tour—and this might just be our favourite transformation.

Unlike the other spaces, this ensuite didn't exist before. It was thoughtfully added to give the homeowners a private retreat that blends comfort, function, and timeless design.

From the layout to the finishes, every detail was carefully planned to create a space that feels like it has always been part of the home.

Thank you for following along as we've shared this renovation, one space at a time. We hope it's inspired you with ideas for your own home.

Thinking about renovating? We'd love to help bring your vision to life.

A great bathroom should be both functional and relaxing.

This renovation gave the space a fresh new look with updated finishes, improved storage, and a layout that makes everyday routines easier. The result is a bathroom that feels brighter, more spacious, and designed to stand the test of time.

It's amazing how much a well-planned renovation can transform even the smallest room in the home.

🏡 Let's Walk You Through This Home Renovation | Part 5

The dining room may not be the largest space in a home, but it's where so many memories and the simple daily connections are made.

By opening up the main floor and creating better flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, this space now feels brighter, more connected, and ready for everything from busy weeknight dinners to holiday gatherings.

Just off the dining area, there’s also a small office space—designed with lots of storage for office supplies and paperwork to be neatly tucked away. It creates a functional space for work, homework, or staying organized without feeling disconnected from the rest of the home.

Thoughtful renovations aren’t just about updating finishes—they’re about getting creative to meet your needs and designing spaces that truly work for the way you live.

If you could change one thing about your dining space, what would it be? 👇

The goal was to create a room that feels bright, open, and comfortable—a place where family and friends naturally gather. Updated finishes, improved flow, and a seamless connection to the kitchen have completely changed the way this space functions.

Sometimes it's not about making a room bigger—it's about making it feel bigger.

This renovation wasn't just about giving the kitchen a fresh new look. It was about creating a space that works better for everyday life. With an improved layout, custom cabinetry, increased storage, and finishes that will stand the test of time, this kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful.

By opening the main floor, the kitchen became the central gathering place—connected to the dining and living areas so cooking, entertaining, and spending time together feels effortless.

🏡 Let's Walk You Through This Home Renovation | Part 2

Last week, we started at the front entry. Now we're stepping into the heart of the transformation.

One of the biggest changes in this home wasn't a new finish or fixture—it was removing the wall between the kitchen and living room.

This wasn't just any wall—it was load-bearing, meaning it played a critical role in supporting the home. Opening up the space required careful planning and the installation of a structural beam to safely carry the load above. It's the kind of work that takes experience, precision, and an understanding of what's happening behind the walls—not just what you see on the surface.

With the new beam in place, we were able to create an open-concept layout that completely transformed the feel of the main floor. Natural light now flows throughout the space, sightlines are improved, and the kitchen, dining, and living areas feel connected, making everyday life and entertaining so much more enjoyable.

Sometimes the most impactful part of a renovation isn't what you add—it's knowing how to safely transform what's already there.

Would you open up your main floor if it meant completely changing the way your home feels? Let us know in the comments! 👇
