A pretty big change to this home! 🔨🏡

We recently completed a full roof rebuild, replacing the existing flat roof with a newly framed pitched roof and giving the home a completely updated look!

Along with the roof rebuild, we completed several other upgrades, including:

🔨 New pitched roof finished with steel roofing
🔨 New aluminum soffit and fascia
🔨 Installation of 2 new windows and a new exterior door
🔨 Relocated the chimney from the exterior wall to through the new roof
🔨 New cedar shake siding
🔨 R60 blown-in attic insulation for improved energy efficiency

From the structural framing right through to the exterior finishes, we took care of it all!

We’re really happy with how this project came together and the difference these upgrades made to the overall appearance of the home!

We built this shed last year and recently had the chance to come back and add a deck around it! It’s a practical addition that makes the space around the shed more usable, with room to sit and enjoy the backyard!

Another exterior transformation wrapped up! 🔨

This home got a complete refresh with Mitten Muskoka Green board & batten vinyl siding, and we’re loving how this one turned out!

While we were here, we also completed a few other upgrades for these clients! We removed a bay window and reframed the opening for a new window, installed 3 new window wells, poured a new concrete front walkway, and finished things off with a brand new back deck!

A lot of work went into this one, and it’s always great seeing everything come together at the end!

Another one in the books for KMM Contracting!

Ironwood PVC Clubhouse PVC Decking paired with black VISTA Railing Systems made for a clean, low-maintenance finish on this front porch. A simple upgrade that completely changed the look of the entrance.

Built to last, easy to maintain, and a big improvement to the curb appeal of this home. Really happy with how this one came together!

Another deck wrapped up by the KMM crew!🔨

This one turned out awesome! A large pressure-treated deck finished off with a custom-built privacy wall that adds some separation without closing in the space.

Built strong, built to last, and ready to enjoy!
