📐 Set, spaced… and grouted.

The first three photos are the diamond entryway the day it was set — spacers in, lines dead-on. Last two are the payoff: grout in, and the same pattern running straight through into the bath.

This is what dry-fitting every piece first gets you.

Melanie's diamond entryway finished!

🔨 First we dry-fit it. Then we set it.

Every piece of this diamond entryway was measured, cut and dry-laid before a single one was set — then each piece was back-buttered and set by hand. That's how a pattern this complex lands flawless.

Grout's in — that's when this pattern really comes alive. ✨

A fireplace worth gathering around. 🔥

A look back at this project from 2023. Grey veining and a crisp white mantel bring contrast and character, with tile tying the surround and hearth together.

It’s the details that make the room.

We opened the wall and found a problem we hadn’t planned for. 🛠️

During this main bath renovation, we discovered an air-exchange vent drawing air from inside the wall. We sealed the connection and planned a new route through the top of the linen cabinet, with the vent positioned neatly on the side.

Getting those hidden details right matters just as much as choosing the finishes.

Follow along—the finished main bath reveal is next. 👀

MAIN BATH | PART 2: INSIDE THE REBUILD 🛠️

Our clients trusted us to design the space and select the finishes. Warm stone tones, deep green cabinetry and ch*****ne bronze set the direction—and this is where those ideas start becoming a real room.

Take a look at the early proposal concepts, the space after demolition, and the rebuild taking shape, including the matte black Schluter DESIGN-NICHE in the tub surround.

The finished room is next. Follow JP Tile LTD for the reveal.
