📐 Set, spaced… and grouted.

The first three photos are the diamond entryway the day it was set — spacers in, lines dead-on. Last two are the payoff: grout in, and the same pattern running straight through into the bath.

This is what dry-fitting every piece first gets you.

Melanie's diamond entryway finished!

🔨 First we dry-fit it. Then we set it.

Every piece of this diamond entryway was measured, cut and dry-laid before a single one was set — then each piece was back-buttered and set by hand. That's how a pattern this complex lands flawless.

Grout's in — that's when this pattern really comes alive. ✨

A fireplace worth gathering around. 🔥

A look back at this project from 2023. Grey veining and a crisp white mantel bring contrast and character, with tile tying the surround and hearth together.

It’s the details that make the room.

Same bathroom. A whole new feel. ✨

Our main bath reveal brings together beautiful large-format tile, custom cabinetry, a deep soaker tub and thoughtfully planned storage. Warm tones, deep greens and carefully chosen finishes tie it all together.

Watch to the end to see just how far this room has come. 👀

A big shoutout to the people who helped bring it together:

• Blue Hammer Kitchens and Jamieson Kitchen Refinishing — beautiful work on the custom cabinetry and finish.
• High Tide Plumbing — the plumbing work.
• Busy Bee Painters — the painting.
• Ford, Brady and Patrick of JP Tile LTD — a stellar tile installation and the attention to detail that makes us proud.
• The Ensuite at EMCO — supplying the tub glass.
• The Paint Shop — supplying the tile.
• Timber Creative — the professional filming that captured this transformation.

Proud of this transformation and the team behind it. Thank you to our clients for trusting us with their home.

We opened the wall and found a problem we hadn’t planned for. 🛠️

During this main bath renovation, we discovered an air-exchange vent drawing air from inside the wall. We sealed the connection and planned a new route through the top of the linen cabinet, with the vent positioned neatly on the side.

Getting those hidden details right matters just as much as choosing the finishes.

Follow along—the finished main bath reveal is next. 👀
