Working within 12” wall spaces between neighbouring homes on this urban infill project.

We squeezed in by adjusting our system scaffolding as the wall assembly progressed. Moving 106 lb, 5/8” cement board sheathing through these tight spaces and installing it in place comes with its challenges

Wall assembly for this project consists of

• Air barrier
• Strapping
• 5/8” cement board sheathing
• Galvanized trims
• Cementitious & architectural finishing
• EIFS at the front and rear of the home
