This 1,000 sq. ft., 2-storey suite optimizes a compact lot for a 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom design close to parks, public transit, and shops. The main floor incorporates a study, powder room, and kitchen, while the upper level opens up to an expansive living room overlooking the lane, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

Significant construction progresses at our Taddle Creek Laneway Suite! 👷🛠️

We’re 6 months into our 7 month build and the exterior cladding for the diagonal fiber cement lap is nearly complete. Interior flooring, painting, millwork, cabinetry, finishes, and appliance installation are well underway, while exterior aluminum panels are set to be installed next.
