Whether you are renovating an existing home or building a new one. With DJP, you will actually enjoy the construction process, knowing you are in good hands. Building a relationship with my clients is as important to me as building their homes. The integrity and expert craftsmanship I bring to every job invites confidence and trust and leads to a pleasurable project each time. Eight years ago, I followed a long-held passion for construction and broke ground on my first building project. Through hard work and good fortune, I became the project manager for a prominent high-end custom home builder. I've learned from the best, which is why I'm confident my high standards, professionalism and interpersonal skills will exceed your expectations. We have experience and expertise in new builds, additions, interior and exterior renovations. There is no job too complex. We will take your project from an idea to its physical form. From drawings, permits and construction our team will see it through. Our project management service encompasses accurate budgeting, site management, scheduling and providing the best trades in the industry. Dean Podolsky will personally oversee your job from beginning to end. If you have thoughts of renovating or building, we will guide you through the building process. The consultation will inform you of your possibility and what would be feasible based on your goals and budget. This is a free service. By collaborating with the best architects, designers and trades, DJP delivers a superior result every time. Each project is overseen by Dean Podolsky to ensure that a DJP-built home is of the highest standard. We are a fully insured and incorporated company ready for your project.
