Covenant Construction

Covenant Construction Our team of expert designers, carpenters and cabinet makers bring renovation dreams to life.

The idea of Covenant Construction was first formed more than 25 years ago when Craig and Bonnie Hardy were raising their own young family. In 2020, they welcomed Randy McCulloch, a long-term employee, as a partner in the business. Craig and Randy are both Red Seal licensed carpenters, and Bonnie has an extensive background in corporate business. Together they form the backbone and vision for Covenant Construction. “We are all are passionate about building quality, business transparency and as our name suggested we take our contracts seriously.”

While many renovators rely on sub-contractors for much of the design and implementation of the project, Covenant Construction staff members look after all aspects of the job, with designers, licensed carpenters, cabinetmakers and apprentices on the in-house team. When specialists and sub-trades are called upon, the management team calls upon trusted, reliable professionals.

“Our stance is that our employees are committed to the vision and values of our customers, and they will do their best, be creative thinkers with a can-do attitude and the highest of work ethic.”

They have spent decades developing processes and procedures, because renovating your home can and should be an enjoyable experience. Covenant Construction management and staff are committed to being leaders in the construction industry, in building standards, workmanship, safety, design and follow-through.
