This month, we spent time with Tara Miller, founder of Health Hut, a space where people feel welcome and supported as they discover what feels right for them.

Shaped by Tara’s background in psychology and nutrition, Health Hut approaches wellbeing with curiosity and kindness. Rooted in comforts, small pleasures, and finding beauty in the everyday, the brand reflects Tara’s belief that feeling good starts with trusting your intuition and listening to your body.

For Tara, home is warm light, a tidied space, and a good book, with a candle lit to up the romance. A reminder that the spaces we love most are built from the small things that make us feel good.
