Sometimes, you don’t need a full bathroom renovation to make a BIG difference!

This before & after is proof! We removed the wall and door separating the vanity from the toilet and shower area, opening up the space and giving the whole bathroom a fresh, more open feel.

We kept the existing vanity and added a new countertop, new flooring, fresh paint and new trim.

A few thoughtful changes can go a long way! 🤍

If you're planning a renovation and trying to figure out your budget, here's something that can save you a LOT of confusion.

Before you have multiple contractors come out to quote your project, take some time to figure out what you actually want.

What cabinets are you considering?

What tile and finishes do you like?

What does your ideal space look like?

What exactly do you want included in the renovation?

The more details you have figured out, the easier it is for contractors to quote the same scope of work.

Otherwise, you could end up comparing quotes that include completely different materials, finishes and ideas — and wondering why the prices vary so much!

Brent shares why having a clearer plan BEFORE requesting quotes can make the whole process easier and help you make a more informed decision.
