The southwest rear building is a two-storey single-family residence featuring a contemporary design with warm wood accents and dark metal cladding.

Larch Multiplex | Front Duplex Buildings

A closer look at the two front buildings of the Larch Multiplex.

Each three-storey building is designed as a front and back duplex, providing four residential units across the two buildings. The contemporary design combines warm wood accents, dark metal cladding, and large windows, with private outdoor spaces for each home.

Together, they create a modern streetscape while introducing more housing options within an established Vancouver neighbourhood.

Larch Multiplex | Site Context & Courtyard Configuration

Making room for more homes within an established Vancouver neighbourhood.

Located in an R1-1 zoned area, this project introduces six residential units across four buildings, arranged around a shared courtyard. The configuration makes efficient use of the lot while providing separation between buildings, outdoor space, and access from the rear lane.

A different approach to residential density that fits within the surrounding neighbourhood.
