Your Home should be the place where you can relax—not feel frustrated because there’s nowhere to put anything.
Sometimes, you don’t need a bigger home. You just need the space you already have to work better for you.
Our client needed more storage, but their spare bedroom was also their office. We designed a closet to give them that extra space while keeping the room useful for everyday life. We then manufactured it in our Windsor workshop and installed it in their home.
And here’s the finished look! 🙌 With the doors open, you can see the storage inside. Closed, everything can be tucked away neatly, ready for the room to carry on being an office.

The closet is standing, and it’s all coming together! 🔨
We’re joining the sections together before securing the unit to the wall. Once that’s done, we’ll move on to fitting the doors.
It’s great to see the panels we prepared in the shop becoming the extra storage our client needed. Keep following along for the finished look!

Now it’s starting to look like a closet! 🔨
With the base level, we’re standing the gables in place and fitting the shelves and top panels. Piece by piece, you can see the storage sections taking shape.
This spare bedroom will still be used as an office, with extra closet space to give our client more room to get organised.
More to come as we work towards the finished installation!

A good installation starts with a level base. 🔨
We’ve set and levelled the base, and now we’re ready to install the gables—the upright panels that form the closet sections.
Taking the time to get this foundation right helps everything above it line up and fit together properly, right through to the shelves, drawers and doors.
The closet is starting to take shape! Stay tuned for the next step.

Here’s where the new closet will be going! 🔨
Our client uses this spare bedroom as an office, but the existing closet wasn’t giving them enough storage. They asked us to design and build an additional closet along this wall to make better use of the room.
The space will still serve as an office, with the added storage they need. We’ll show you how it comes together as the installation continues!

Installation day! 🔨
We’ve arrived at our client’s home, brought in the panels, and we’re getting everything ready for assembly.
All the cutting, edge taping and hardware preparation have been done at our shop. We assemble our closets on site, making it easier to bring the individual panels into the home.
Now it’s time to put it all together! Stay tuned to see the finished closet.

And here’s the result! 👌
In our previous video, we showed you how we insert round wooden filler pieces into the hinge holes before sending our doors through the edge ba**er.
Now the edge banding is complete, and you can see exactly why we take that extra step.
Take a close look around the hinge holes — clean edges, no chipping and no damage to the door as it passed through the machine.
It might seem like a small detail, but these extra steps during manufacturing are what help us achieve the clean, professional finish we expect from every piece we produce.
Next, we’ll continue preparing all the panels and hardware before this custom bedroom closet heads out for installation.
