The Davidoff Maduro is wrapped in a dark Ecuadorian wrapper that is picked from Corte #7, the highest grade of the to***co plant used by Davidoff. Only two leaves per plant grow in Corte #7 and can become Maduro wrappers. The leaves are robust and oily and therefore require more humidity and precisely high temperatures to bring out the full potential of the leaf's silkiness and unique flavour.
