Today, Mesh opens its doors! In its 2026 Edition: Infrastructures of Care, Mesh – Festival of Art and Technology asks how technology is changing the way we live together. Mesh takes place at Freilager-Platz on the Dreispitz site in Basel, with a five-day program. From October 14th to October 18th, you can visit various exhibitions, see performances and screenings, join workshops, and visit the conference or panel discussions.

As part of the Mesh, iart is excited to host the first part of the conference under the title “Infrastructures of Care? Architectures of Care!” Different experts discuss the question of what a space that cares for us feels like and how they translate these ideas into spaces.

📍 Saturday, October 17th, 2026, 9.30 am – 11.30 am, HGK Basel / D1.04 Aula
