Need a 3D Curved Fence for a High-End Real Estate Project in Australia? Let's Talk Specs.
We usually end up talking specs before anyone talks price.
That's how it goes on a high-end residential development in Australia. The architect has a sightline in mind, the landscape plan already picked a colour, and someone on the developer side wants to know how the fence will look in year eight. Cheap panels don't survive that conversation.
Two models come up most often.
3D-2000 is the curved one. The vertical wires bend, so the panel reads as part of the landscape instead of a hard line. 358-1800 is the tight one, an anti-climb panel for the spots where you genuinely can't have footholds.
Both sit in our welded mesh fence range. Panel width runs 2000–3000 mm, height 630–3000 mm, wire diameter 3.0–6.0 mm, mesh opening 50 × 100 mm or 76.2 × 12.7 mm. Base material is low carbon steel wire plus galvanized steel pipe, finished with hot dipped galvanizing and then powder coating. That's the combination we build for a service life past 10 years.
Where most projects need us to move is the top of the sheet: size, wire diameter, mesh, colour, logo, surface treatment. All of it is open.
We make it ourselves. Anping Dengfeng Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd. has been running out of Anping County, Hebei since 2008, on a 70,000 m² site with 80 people and 10 engineers. Annual output is 5,000,000 m², monthly capacity 420,000 m², and every order goes through 100% full inspection before it ships. The plant holds ISO 9001:2015 certification (CQM, cert no. 00224Q25311R0M, valid to 27 Aug 2027), and Australia is one of our regular export markets.
Support doesn't stop at the container either. Free CAD drawing before production, remote technical support while your crew is setting posts, and an on-site installation guide if they want one. MOQ is 1 set, lead time 15–30 days.
We also ran a 5,000 sq.m job across Germany, Australia and the UK for engineering contractors and a property developer, where the anti-rust and anti-climb performance has held over 10 years.
So — what lands on your spec sheet first, panel height or the finish colour?
Send over a drawing, or just the site dimensions, and we'll come back with a spec sheet. [email protected] / WhatsApp +86 158-3395-6854.
