Part 1: International Gastronomy Tourism Lab

A little taste of Kos, a lot of inspiration, and so many stories to bring back home. 🇬🇷✨

From w**e tasting and essential oil making to Greek nights, loukoumades and the art of storytelling.
The 1st International Gastronomy & Tourism Lab have been full of flavours, learning and meaningful connections.

Grateful to exchange ideas with people who share a passion for gastronomy, culture and creating memorable experiences, alongside Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and speakers from Basque Culinary Center.

And this is only Part 1… more days of learning, discovery and fun still to come!

Μια παράδοση που συνεχίζει να τυλίγεται, ένα κουπεπούι τη φορά. 🇨🇾💚

Kάπως έτσι, στο Μουσείο της Λάνιας, εσμίξαμε τζι εμείς, οι κοκώνες και 5 κοπέλες για να μαγειρέψουμε και να περάσουμε όμορφα!

Ανάμεσα σε αντικείμενα που κουβαλούν ιστορίες, μνήμες τζιαι την παράδοση του τόπου μας, εστρώσαμε το τραπέζι, επιάσαμε αμπελόφυλλα ρύζι Lisko Foodstuff ltd , θκιόσμη, λεμονούι και ότι αλλό χρειάζεται τζιαι ετυλίξαμε μαζί τα δικά μας κουπεπούθκια. 🍃

Εμαειρέψαμε, εγελάσαμε, εφάμε, ήπιαμε τζιαι εμοιραστήκαμε όμορφες στιγμές — σαν μια παρέα.

Γιατί τα κυπριακά φαγητά ενεν μόνο οι συνταγές, Εν’ οι άνθρωποι, οι ιστορίες τζιαι οι στιγμές που μας φέρνουν κοντά. ✨

Τζιαι το πιο όμορφο; Εν χρειάζεται να είσαι που την Κύπρο για να νιώσεις πως ανήκεις γύρω που τούτο το τραπέζι.

Ένα cooking class, μια ομάδα γύρω από το ίδιο τραπέζι και αγαπημένες κυπριακές γευσείς 💛

Σε έναν πανέμορφο χώρο, γεμάτο στυλ και ζεστασιά, (The Yard by Studio72 | Events & Workshops) αφήσαμε για λίγο τις οθόνες και πιάσαμε δουλειά… με τα χέρια στη ζύμη!

Με κυπριακά τυριά Charalambides Christis , χαλλούμι, αναρή φρέσκα, αυγά και μπόλικο θκιόσμη, φτιάξαμε κυπριακές ραβιόλες, μοιραστήκαμε ιστορίες και απολαύσαμε όλοι μαζί ένα γεύμα γεμάτο παράδοση και γεύση.

Γιατί ένα team building με τις Cokones δεν αφορά μόνο τη μαγειρική. Είναι η χαρά της δημιουργίας, η συνεργασία, το μοίρασμα και οι μικρές στιγμές που φέρνουν τους ανθρώπους πιο κοντά.

Και φυσικά, σε κάθε μάθημα βάζουμε αυτό που αγαπάμε περισσότερο: την κυπριακή μας παράδοση και πολλή αγάπη σε ό,τι δημιουργούμε.

And honestly, that’s how we like it.

A few photos from our ravioli & w**e evening with JoyBow | Kids Social Play Hub - flour everywhere, hands busy, glasses full and so many smiles around the table. 🤍

They play. You create.
That’s the idea.

We made Cypriot ravioli from scratch, shared some good food and w**e, laughed a lot and somehow managed to eat every single ravioli. 🍷

These are the moments we love creating at Cokones. Good people, food made together and a table that stays full of stories.

Our Wild West Paint Cake at Kolla had a little bit of everything — adults, kids, messy hands, lots of colour and plenty of creativity. 🎨🍰

No perfect cakes. Just having fun, painting with buttercream and making something sweet to take with you. 🧈✨
