Kluky z Gemüse nepřestává bavit business, jídlo ani řemeslo a tak rozšířili zavedenou výrobu pečiva pro kebab o vlastní pastries a espresso bar pro šest hostů na Veletržní. Pro interiér byla zásadní světlost a jednoduchost. Materiály a barvy jsou použité přímočaře a bez dekorativnosti. Inspirací byly nadčasové metro vestibuly ve své syrovosti - žula, nerez, chrom, sklo, geometrický dekor. Technické materiály doplňuje jasanové dřevo. Podstatnou součástí interiéru jsou custom made prvky - stoličky do kříže, lavice a nástěnná svítidla se strukturovaným sklem.

The guys from Gemüse haven’t lost their enthusiasm for business, food, or craftsmanship, so they expanded their established production of kebab bread to include their own pastries and a six-seat espresso bar on Veletržní Street. Brightness and simplicity were key to the interior. Materials and colours are used in a straightforward way, without unnecessary decoration. The inspiration came from the raw, timeless character of metro station vestibules—granite, stainless steel, chrome, glass, and geometric patterns. These technical materials are complemented by ash wood. Custom-made elements form an essential part of the interior, including cross-shaped stools, benches, and wall lights with textured glass.
