Two legs, one slab of marble, and nothing in between but gravity. The console of Angelo Mangiarotti’s 1971 EROS system takes the idea to its most reduced form: a rectangular top resting on two legs, held by a gravity joint rather than any fixing. Against a wall it reads almost like architecture, a lintel and two columns scaled to the home.

Emperador, Green Alpi or Travertine, and in two heights.
