🖤 إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
﴿يَا أَيَّتُهَا النَّفْسُ الْمُطْمَئِنَّةُ ارْجِعِي إِلَىٰ رَبِّكِ رَاضِيَةً مَرْضِيَّةً فَادْخُلِي فِي عِبَادِي وَادْخُلِي جَنَّتِي﴾
قسنطينة اليوم تودّع واحدًا من أبنائها...
بقلوبٍ يملؤها الحزن، ونفوسٍ مؤمنةٍ بقضاء الله وقدره، تلقّت الأسرة الإعلامية ومدينة قسنطينة ببالغ الأسى نبأ رحيل المغفور له بإذن الله زوبير ميزازيغ، أحد أبناء المدينة الذين أحبّوا قسنطينة وأخلصوا لها، وأحد الوجوه التي ارتبط اسمها بمرحلةٍ مميزة من مسيرة الإعلام الخاص في الجزائر.
برحيله، لا نودّع إعلاميًا فحسب، بل نودّع رجلًا حمل حلمًا، وآمن بالفكرة، وفتح الأبواب أمام الآخرين.
كان زوبير ميزازيغ من أصحاب التجارب الرائدة في الإعلام الجزائري، وصاحب قناة الإندكس التي أسسها من عاصمة الشرق، في وقتٍ كان فيه خوض تجربة الإعلام الخاص يتطلب الكثير من الجرأة والطموح والإصرار.
لكن أجمل ما قد يبقى من الإنسان ليس فقط ما أسسه، وإنما ما تركه في حياة الآخرين.
ولعل من أصدق ما يُذكر للفقيد، رحمه الله، أنه كان يؤمن بأن الشباب هم الثروة الحقيقية لقسنطينة والجزائر؛ فلم يكتفِ بالكلام عن دعمهم، بل منح الكثير منهم الفرصة، وفتح أمامهم أبواب العمل، وساهم في توظيف شبابٍ ومنحهم أول فرصة مهنية في المجال الإعلامي، ووضع ثقته في مواهب ربما لم تكن تجد من يؤمن بها.
كم من شابٍ طرق بابه بحثًا عن فرصة، فوجدها.
وكم من موهبةٍ كانت تنتظر من يكتشفها، فوجدت لديه الثقة والتشجيع.
وكم من اسمٍ بدأ خطواته الأولى من خلال تلك الفرصة، ثم شقّ طريقه في الحياة.
وهنا تكمن قيمة الإنسان الحقيقية؛ أن يرحل ويبقى أثره حيًّا في حياة من ساعدهم.
كان ابنًا بارًّا لقسنطينة والشرق الجزائري، حريصًا على إبراز مؤهلات المنطقة، والتعريف بطاقاتها، وإعطاء الشباب مساحةً للتعبير عن أنفسهم وإثبات قدراتهم.
واليوم، ونحن نرثيه، ستبقى ذكراه مرتبطةً بكل تلك الوجوه التي ساعدها، وبكل شابٍ منحه فرصة، وبكل حلمٍ ساهم في أن يرى النور.
رحم الله زوبير ميزازيغ.
رحل الجسد، لكن ما يتركه الإنسان من أثرٍ طيب لا يرحل.
نسأل الله أن يجعل كل ما قدّمه، وكل جهدٍ بذله، وكل بابٍ فتحه أمام شاب، وكل يدٍ مدّها لمساعدة إنسان، وكل ما أسهم به في خدمة قسنطينة والإعلام الجزائري، في ميزان حسناته.
اللهم اغفر له وارحمه، وعافه واعفُ عنه، وأكرم نزله، ووسّع مدخله، واجعل قبره روضةً من رياض الجنة، وأسكنه الفردوس الأعلى، وألهم أهله وذويه وكل من عرفه جميل الصبر والسلوان.
إلى عائلته الكريمة، وإلى زملائه وأصدقائه، وإلى كل الشباب الذين عرفوه واستفادوا من دعمه، وإلى أبناء قسنطينة والشرق الجزائري:
أعظم الله أجركم، وأحسن عزاءكم، وغفر لفقيدكم.
🖤 ستبقى قسنطينة تذكر أبناءها الذين خدموها، وسيبقى أثر من فتحوا أبواب الأمل أمام شبابها شاهدًا لهم لا عليهم.

With hearts filled with sorrow and souls firmly believing in Allah’s decree and destiny, the media community and the city of Constantine received with profound sadness the news of the passing of Zoubir Mizazigh, may Allah have mercy on him.
He was a devoted son of Constantine, a man who loved his city and remained committed to it, and one of the figures whose name became associated with an important chapter in the development of private media in Algeria.
With his passing, we are not merely saying farewell to a media professional; we are saying farewell to a man who carried a dream, believed in an idea, and opened doors for others.
Zoubir Mizazigh was among the pioneers of private media in Algeria and the founder of Index TV, established in Constantine, the capital of eastern Algeria, at a time when venturing into private broadcasting required courage, ambition and perseverance.
Yet the most beautiful thing a person leaves behind is not only what they built, but the impact they leave in the lives of others.
Among the most meaningful things remembered about the late Zoubir Mizazigh was his deep belief that young people were the true wealth of Constantine and Algeria. He did not limit himself to speaking about supporting them; he gave many of them opportunities, opened doors to employment, and contributed to providing young people with jobs and their first professional opportunities in the media field, placing his trust in talents that may not otherwise have found someone to believe in them.
How many young people knocked on his door seeking an opportunity and found one.
How many talents were waiting to be discovered and found confidence and encouragement through him.
And how many careers took their first steps because he chose to give someone a chance.
This is where the true value of a person lies: to leave this world while their good impact continues to live in the lives of those they helped.
He was a devoted son of Constantine and eastern Algeria, committed to highlighting the region’s potential, showcasing its talents, and giving young people a platform to express themselves and prove their abilities.
Today, as we mourn him, his memory will remain connected to the many people he helped, every young person he gave an opportunity to, and every dream he helped bring to life.
May Allah have mercy on Zoubir Mizazigh.
The person may depart, but the good legacy they leave behind never does.
We pray that Allah counts all that he gave, every effort he made, every door he opened for a young person, every helping hand he extended, and everything he contributed to Constantine and Algerian media among his good deeds.
May Allah forgive him, have mercy upon him, honor his resting place, grant him the highest ranks of Paradise, and grant his family, loved ones, colleagues and everyone who knew him patience and comfort.
To his family, friends and colleagues, to all the young people who knew him and benefited from his support, and to the people of Constantine and eastern Algeria:
May Allah grant you patience, comfort you in your loss, and reward you for your sorrow.

Constantine fait aujourd’hui ses adieux à l’un de ses fils…
C’est avec des cœurs profondément attristés et des âmes croyantes en la volonté et au destin d’Allah que la famille médiatique et la ville de Constantine ont appris avec une grande douleur la disparition de Zoubir Mizazigh, qu’Allah lui accorde Sa miséricorde.
Fils dévoué de Constantine, il aimait profondément sa ville et lui était attaché. Il fut également l’une des figures dont le nom restera associé à une étape importante de l’histoire des médias privés en Algérie.
Avec sa disparition, nous ne disons pas seulement adieu à un homme des médias, mais à un homme qui portait un rêve, croyait en ses idées et ouvrait des portes aux autres.
Zoubir Mizazigh comptait parmi les pionniers des médias privés en Algérie. Il était le fondateur de la chaîne Index TV, créée à Constantine, capitale de l’Est algérien, à une époque où se lancer dans l’aventure des médias privés exigeait courage, ambition et persévérance.
Mais la plus belle chose qu’un être humain puisse laisser derrière lui n’est pas uniquement ce qu’il a construit, mais l’empreinte qu’il a laissée dans la vie des autres.
Parmi les plus beaux témoignages que l’on puisse garder du défunt, qu’Allah lui fasse miséricorde, figure sa profonde conviction que la jeunesse était la véritable richesse de Constantine et de l’Algérie.
Il ne s’est pas contenté de parler du soutien aux jeunes : il a offert à beaucoup d’entre eux de véritables opportunités, leur a ouvert les portes du travail et a contribué à recruter des jeunes et à leur offrir leur première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des médias, en faisant confiance à des talents qui n’avaient parfois personne pour croire en eux.
Combien de jeunes ont frappé à sa porte à la recherche d’une opportunité et l’ont trouvée.
Combien de talents attendaient d’être découverts et ont trouvé auprès de lui confiance et encouragement.
Et combien de parcours professionnels ont commencé grâce à une chance qu’il avait choisi d’offrir.
C’est là que réside la véritable valeur d’un être humain : partir, tout en laissant une empreinte qui continue de vivre dans la vie de ceux qu’il a aidés.
Il fut un fils dévoué de Constantine et de l’Est algérien, soucieux de mettre en valeur les potentialités de la région, de faire connaître ses talents et d’offrir aux jeunes un espace pour s’exprimer et démontrer leurs capacités.
Aujourd’hui, alors que nous lui rendons hommage, son souvenir restera lié à tous ceux qu’il a aidés, à chaque jeune auquel il a donné une chance et à chaque rêve auquel il a contribué à donner vie.
Qu’Allah fasse miséricorde à Zoubir Mizazigh.
Le corps disparaît, mais la bonne empreinte laissée par l’être humain ne disparaît jamais.
Nous prions Allah de compter parmi ses bonnes œuvres tout ce qu’il a accompli, tous les efforts qu’il a consentis, toutes les portes qu’il a ouvertes aux jeunes, toutes les mains qu’il a tendues pour aider les autres et tout ce qu’il a apporté à Constantine et aux médias algériens.
Qu’Allah lui pardonne, lui accorde Sa miséricorde, honore sa demeure, lui accorde le plus haut degré du Paradis et accorde à sa famille, à ses proches, à ses collègues et à tous ceux qui l’ont connu patience et réconfort.
À sa famille, à ses amis et à ses collègues, à tous les jeunes qui l’ont connu et bénéficié de son soutien, ainsi qu’aux habitants de Constantine et de l’Est algérien :
Que Dieu vous accorde patience et réconfort dans cette douloureuse épreuve et vous accorde la meilleure des récompenses.
🖤 Constantine se souviendra de ses fils qui l’ont servie, et l’héritage de ceux qui ont ouvert les portes de l’espoir à sa jeunesse restera un témoignage en leur faveur.
