🐟 In Kalamaja, Tallinn's old wooden-house district by the sea, a plot of empty buildings is about to become 4 apartment houses.

We made 10 renders for the sales launch:
- the street in olive, ochre, burgundy and grey,
- a shared courtyard where kids play in the sand and their parents sit by the fire,
- 3 of the apartments inside.

Salon Supelhof, in motion

This one's the render we keep coming back to: the riverside quarter in Tartu from above, caught in that long Baltic summer twilight when the sky never quite goes dark.

Windows are lit one by one, the river holds onto the last of the light, and the whole district looks like it's glowing from the inside.

This peninsula in Haapsalu has been a port, a fish factory, and thirty years of nothing—gulls, weeds, a rusted fence.
Now it's becoming home to 150 people, and we got to visualize it.
The one rule we kept: don't erase the past. The old brick water tower stays in shot. Wild dunes stay wild.

Static renders are just the starting point now.

We took a set of still architectural visualizations created by Yellow Studio and turned them into a moving, living video with AI. No new modeling, no re-rendering, no weeks of animation work.

Same project. Same budget range. Completely different impact.

For marketing, presentations, and social content, motion simply holds attention longer than a still image — and now the gap between “static” and “video” is smaller than we used to think.

It still has its limits compared to full animation, but it gets your content in front of your audience in a far more engaging way. Would you use something like this for your next project?

We designed a 100 meters render for Manufaktuuri Vabrik, a 1898 textile factory in Tallinn getting a full renovation by Hepsor. Right now the building is mid-construction. So we gave it a new face and a bit of life.

In one window you can see a guy putting his kid to bed. Through another, you can see straight into the bar, people out on the terrace, string lights on…

Then it got printed and wrapped around the whole structure.
We don't know of another building in Estonia that's been wrapped at this scale.

😵 We just made THE LONGEST render in Estonia’s history!
- 102 meters long.
- 19.5 meters tall.
Printed at full scale — exactly the size of the real building.

Picture two Boeing 737s parked nose to tail. That's the length.
Or one entire football pitch, end to end.
The height alone is a 6-story building.

✨ Honestly, we're still a little amazed we pulled it off. ✨
