Halim Yacoub has developed a distinctive legacy of experimentation in the language of sculpture. Here, we take a closer look at the expressive faces and features that recur throughout his figures—subtly distorted and reimagined—revealing the quiet delicacy of his surfaces and the unmistakable aesthetic that defines his work.

Sayeda Khalil's sculptural practice explores the relationship between geometry, transparency, and the perception of space. Through layered forms, repetition, and the interplay of light and shadow, her works transform industrial materials into dynamic compositions that continually shift with the viewer's perspective.

With a practice spanning more than three decades, Khalil brings together artistic experimentation and research, creating sculptures that invite new ways of seeing and inhabiting space.

Last week to see Random Tabloid, Asmaa Genidi's solo exhibition at Ubuntu Gallery.

Through a satirical and vividly saturated visual language, Random Tabloid investigates the speed, absurdity, and visual chaos of contemporary urban life. Taking the tabloid as its point of departure, the exhibition reimagines the street as a surface where images, stories, contradictions, and traces of everyday life accumulate into a shifting portrait of the city.
On view until Wednesday, July 9.

Stepping into "Random Tabloid", a solo exhibition by Asmaa Genedi

Are we the creators of this urban chaos, or just background characters in a daily headline? 📰✨

Through brilliant, saturated acrylics, Asmaa Genedi reimagines the chaotic streets of Cairo as a literal tabloid—a fast-paced surface where humor, tension, and absurdity collide.

The exhibition remains on view until 14th July
