L35’s practice covers a myriad of architectural forms, projects both large and complex. We are currently working on numerous projects, among which are several office buildings and corporate headquarters, residential complexes and large shopping and leisure centres. In line with its international development strategy, the firm is currently working on a variety of projects In France, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Brazil and Argentina.

Architecture Studio Sessions continued its journey through Barcelona’s architectural scene with a new gathering at Benedetta Tagliabue – EMBT, last October 7th.

Once the shared workspace of Enric Miralles and Benedetta Tagliabue, the studio is now home to , led by Benedetta Tagliabue, and the .enricmiralles. Poetry readings by the EMBT team, a live DJ set by and a performance by Balkan band brought the space to life, blurring the boundaries between architecture and other creative disciplines.

The series is organised by in collaboration with and , and curated by Miriam Giordano (), Gaia Pellegrini () and John Hill ()

Part of the official programme of Barcelona 2026 World Capital of Architecture, Architecture Studio Sessions opens the doors of ten studios across the city, celebrating the diversity and creative energy of Barcelona’s architectural scene.

Our team recently visited the landmark GENERALI building on Passeig de Gràcia to explore its recent refurbishment by L35 Architects and see the office renovation works currently underway.
Preserving the building’s character while adapting it to contemporary needs is at the heart of the project, with renewed shared spaces bringing a new chapter to this piece of Barcelona’s architectural heritage. L35
The visit was an opportunity to look more closely at the architecture, connect drawings with built spaces and share perspectives across the team.

Our master plan in Peru has received the Gold Award in the Expansion category at the CLICC Awards in Quito.

From a parking area to a place to connect: developed for Parque Arauco, the project transforms an underused space into a landscaped boulevard for dining and leisure — a vibrant new meeting point for the shopping centre and the city.

Part of a wider master plan, this transformation enhances the visitor experience and strengthens MegaPlaza Ica as an urban destination.

Congratulations to Parque Arauco and everyone involved in bringing the project to life!

How can a global brand find its own expression in a local context? At Wingstop Fuencarral restaurant in Madrid, L35 Architects translates the brand’s international identity into an urban, contemporary interior inspired by the character of its surroundings. Metal finishes, integrated lighting, graphic elements, and bespoke furniture come together in a dynamic space organised around two complimentary settings: a main dining area and the more informal, bar-like environment. Rather than replicating a standardised concept, the project explores how interior design can connect brand identity, spatial experience, and local urban culture. 𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧 𝗜𝗡 𝗩𝗘́𝗟𝗜𝗭𝗬: Our team recently visited the BIG O***M 2 construction site, a 6,040 m² mixed-use building combining commercial and sports facilities.

The visit offered an opportunity to see the progress on site, with the glulam timber structure now in place. Its impressive 32-metre arched beams define the building’s large volumes and gradually reveal its architecture.

It was also a valuable opportunity to exchange with the different teams involved in bringing the project to life.

In this edition, Paula Pérez-Huet Oliver and Wiktoria Stepien revisited Ginko in Bordeaux, France; an eco-district that reimagines the relationship between nature, commerce and urban life.

Her perspective reflects on how mixed-use development can regenerate the city by connecting people, landscape and everyday activity into a more sustainable and human-centred neighbourhood.

For a few days, the second floor of the Círculo Ecuestre became a suspended blue interior: an immersive space designed by L35 Architects to slow the pace, listen, and perceive differently.

Light, sound, colour and materiality came together to create an experience where architecture, music and atmosphere converged. A stage for Queralt Lahoz’s voice and, at the same time, a sensory pause within the Ecléctica journey.

Thank you to everyone, collaborators, visitors and teams, who made this temporary atmosphere possible.
