🏡 What if a home could be much more energy efficient without significantly increasing the budget? Let us introduce you to CASA SyJ.

This client came to ENSAFER with a clear concern: they wanted to improve the energy efficiency of their future home.

The first step was to carry out an energy model of the project to understand its actual performance. The results showed that there was still room for improvement, so we studied different solutions: façade and roof insulation, solar shading, heating and cooling systems, ventilation, and energy production.

The goal was not to add technology for the sake of it, but to find the solutions that would genuinely improve the home's performance.

The result: a home with an A energy rating, achieved with virtually no additional cost compared to the original project.

Because energy efficiency doesn't always mean spending more. Often, it simply means designing better from the start.

🏡 ¿Y si una vivienda pudiera ser mucho más eficiente sin disparar el presupuesto? Os enseñamos CASA SyJ.

Este cliente acudió a ENSAFER con una preocupación clara: quería mejorar la eficiencia energética de su futura vivienda.

El primer paso fue modelizar energéticamente el proyecto para conocer su comportamiento real. El resultado mostró que todavía había margen de mejora, así que estudiamos diferentes soluciones: aislamiento de fachadas y cubierta, protecciones solares, sistemas de climatización y ventilación, y producción de energía.

El objetivo no era añadir tecnología por añadir, sino encontrar las soluciones que realmente aportaran mejoras al comportamiento de la vivienda.

El resultado: una vivienda con calificación energética A, conseguida con prácticamente ningún sobrecoste respecto al proyecto original.

Porque la eficiencia energética no siempre significa gastar más. Muchas veces significa diseñar mejor desde el principio.
